A 6-week introduction to mindfulness with Richard Paterson, accredited teacher with the UK Mindfulness Association

The aim of this experiential course is to give you a solid foundation in the basics of mindfulness practice and enable you to confidently establish your own home practice.
The course is suitable for beginners or for those with an existing meditation practice who wish to learn more about the mindfulness approach.
Experience for yourself how learning to be present in the moment can help you let go of stress and anxiety, feel at peace, grow in self-acceptance and and improve your life on every level — physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally.
Learn practical tools you can use throughout the day to remain present, slow down your busy mind and feel more connected with yourself, with others and with the world around you.
Mindfulness will help you awaken your true, joyful self.
By the end of the course you will know how to:

be more present and at peace

The course includes:
A comprehensive workbook, guided meditation audio recordings and coaching via email between sessions.
